Following the success of The 1st Animal Production International Seminar (1st APIS) that was held in 23rd – 25th August 2010 at University of Brawijaya Malang, Indonesia with the theme of Prospects and Challenges of Animal Production in Developing Countries in the 21st Century and attended by not less than 300 participants, and based on the decision during the meeting of International Representative Steering Committee, hence, it will be held the The 2nd Animal Production International Seminar (2nd APIS) on 29th August  – 1st September  2013 in Malang, Indonesia with the theme of Sustainable Livestock Production Based on Local Resources in the Global Climate Changes Era: Prospects and Challenges.

OBJECTIVES
The seminar will focus on identifying and discussing the prospects and challenges in all aspects of animal production science and technology as a basic of strategies for development of sustainable animal production during the global climate changes.
